Your Impact with Us

You are not just a "Marketing Manager" – you are our voice to the outside world. Your mission: to make our brand known and ensure that our customers love Winmarkt.

• Campaign Rockstar: You plan and manage our campaigns on social media (TikTok, Instagram & Co.) as well as via email and Google Ads.

• Content with Character: You develop ideas that stick – whether it's gripping ad copy, newsletters, or website content.

• Data Driven: You love it when a plan works. You analyze what's working based on KPIs and optimize our performance.

• Trend Scout: You have your ear to the ground, recognize e-commerce trends before anyone else, and try out new channels immediately.

What You Bring to the Team

• Vibe: You are motivated, solution-oriented, and eager to achieve great things in a young team.

• Know-how: You already have experience in online marketing (ideally in an e-commerce environment).

• Skills: You master Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and perhaps even have a knack for tools like Canva.

• Language: You write confidently in German and can communicate easily in English.

• Proactive Mentality: "We've always done it this way" is not in your vocabulary. You question and improve.
